Myth: "The customer is always right"

This may seem somewhat of a strange statement until we quantify it. While some other companies are quite happy to just "cut & paste" information supplied by clients without question, we understand that when you are working to tight deadlines mistakes can get overlooked. Spellcheckers are great, but they can't grasp the concept that 2 plus 2 does not equal 7. Also, just because you know that the oomjah fits on the wangle nozzle, that does not mean your intended audience does. That is why we not only proof-read everything for spelling mistakes, but also check that we understand what you are saying. If we don't, then there is a chance your target audience may not. In such cases, we will always get back to you to see if you would like to make any alterations.

Fact: "He who pays the piper calls the tune"

This is one well-known saying we do believe in. Whether it is a simple A5 flyer or a full blown re-branding campaign, we understand that it's your baby. While we will do all we can to advise you on how to get the best return on your investment, we accept that the final decision is yours... and we won't sulk if you disagree with us!
